Main frame tube: Made of 40×137x3T flat oval tube. The thicker tube enhances the load-bearing capacity and deformation resistance of the equipment's main body
Auxiliary tube: Paired with 40×80x2.5T flat oval tubing,
II. Moving Arm Structure:The moving parts of the equipment use thickened 60mm x 2.5T round tubes, reinforcing the structural rigidity and stability of the moving arm.
III. Surface treatment:
The metal components of the equipment undergo rust removal pretreatment + electrostatic spraying + secondary spraying. The protective layer is uniform and has strong adhesion
IV.Weight Stack:
1. Weight Plates: Made of cold-drawn steel, the 5 kg increment design
2. Weight Stack Housing: Features a fully enclosed plastic shell mold design,the housing is equipped with a PC smoke-gray protective panel.

1. Pulleys and Guide Rods: The pulleys are made of high wear-resistant material, paired with stainless steel guide rods
