II. Moving Arm Structure:The moving parts of the equipment use thickened 60mm x 2.5T round tubes, reinforcing the structural rigidity and stability of the moving arm.
III. Surface treatment:
The metal components of the equipment undergo rust removal pretreatment + electrostatic spraying + secondary spraying. The protective layer is uniform and has strong adhesion
IV.Weight Stack:
1. Weight Plates: Made of cold-drawn steel, the 5 kg increment design
2. Weight Stack Housing: Features a fully enclosed plastic shell mold design,the housing is equipped with a PC smoke-gray protective panel.
V.Transmission Components:
1. Pulleys and Guide Rods: The pulleys are made of high wear-resistant material, paired with stainless steel guide rods
2. Transmission System: Uses a 6mm steel wire rope + belt combination for transmission.
VI. Fasteners:
1. Fasteners: All assembly screws are made of #201 stainless steel
2. Weight Stack Pin Handle: Using ABS injection molding technology, paired with #304 stainless steel pin. The handle decorative parts are made of aluminum alloy.
