Frame and Polishing: The steel tubing of the frame is pre-polished and then high-temperature baked using an electrostatic powder coating process, achieving an automotive-grade paint finish with an exclusive water-pattern paint finish. Paint colors can be customized.

Pulleys and Ropes: The nylon pulleys are reinforced with fiberglass for durability and are equipped with high-precision ball bearings (motor-grade).

Seat Cushion: One-piece foam-molded high-grade PU seat cushion. The inner liner is made of high-precision foam film, and the outer layer is covered with wear-resistant, colorfast, high-quality PU. Colors can be customized.

Locking Pins: Strong magnetic locking pins ensure safer exercise.

After the original steel has undergone rust prevention treatment,

first apply a primer coat – bake,

then apply a second coat of color paint – thoroughly level and bake,
