HQ5000 Series Strength Training Equipment


I. Structural Tube: Multi-Specification Precision Tube, Building a Solid Foundation for Professional Training Load-Bearing Capacity

 

The main structural tube uses 86×140x3T bread-shaped tubes, 90×140X3T D-shaped tubes, and 40×70x3T flat oval tubes. The thickened tube  significantly improves the load-bearing capacity and deformation resistance of the equipment body, perfectly meeting the high-weight, high-frequency training needs of professional fitness facilities;

 

The auxiliary tube uses 65×114x2.5T flat oval tubes. While ensuring structural stability, the combination of irregularly shaped tubes makes the equipment's design more aesthetically pleasing for high-end fitness spaces and also adapts to the design requirements of different training modules.

 


II. Electrostatic Spraying Process: Multi-Layer Protection, Long-Term Resistance to Corrosion in Complex Environments 

The metal parts of the equipment use rust removal pretreatment + electrostatic spraying + secondary spraying process. Electrostatic spraying ensures that the protective layer evenly covers the metal surface, and secondary spraying further strengthens the protective effect. This process effectively resists moisture and sweat corrosion in the gym, while also being scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, keeping the equipment surface smooth and flawless for a long time, significantly extending its service life.

 

III. Weight Plates: Precise Weight Design, Suitable for Professional and Refined Training

The weight plates are made of cold-drawn steel, with a smooth surface free of dents and pits, and precisely calibrated weight.  They feature a 7.5 kg incremental design, and at the same time, equip with two 2.5 kg fine-tuning weight plates, allowing for precise adjustment of training weight to meet the needs of professional fitness enthusiasts at different training stages, ensuring convenient weight adjustment and stability during training.

 


IV. Pulleys and Guide Rods: Nylon Pulleys + Solid Guide Rods, Precise Transmission and Greater Durability

The pulleys are made of high-wear-resistant nylon material, paired with solid guide rods. The chrome plating process significantly improves the guide rods' rust and wear resistance, and the solid structure ensures rigidity and stability during transmission.  The combination of these two components ensures smooth and uninterrupted transmission without jamming or abnormal noise, effectively reducing component wear and extending the service life of the transmission system, suitable for high-frequency use in commercial gyms.

 


V. Steel Cable: High-Toughness Soft Nylon Material, Excellent Fatigue Resistance

The steel cable is made of 5mm soft nylon material, and has been professionally tested to withstand 1 million fatigue cycles. It boasts outstanding toughness and high tensile strength, and is not prone to breakage, deformation, or aging during long-term load-bearing stretching and transmission, perfectly matching the high-intensity use requirements of professional strength training.

 

VI. Rubber Pads: Made of Rubber Material, Double Protection with Anti-Slip and Shock Absorption

Equipped with rubber floor mats, providing excellent anti-slip and shock absorption performance. This cushions the impact during equipment use, prevents equipment displacement, and avoids scratching the floor paint when the equipment comes into contact with the ground, providing double protection for both the gym floor and the equipment itself, suitable for various indoor floor .

 


VII. Training Handles: TPV Rubber Material, Comfortable and Anti-Slip Grip

The training handles are made of TPV rubber material. The ergonomic design provides a more comfortable grip, and the rubber material is inherently anti-slip, preventing slippage even with sweaty hands.  The moderate softness prevents discomfort during prolonged use, enhancing the training experience. 

 


VIII. Seat Cushion: One-piece foaming process, comfortable, durable, and easy to clean

The seat cushion is made using a one-piece foaming process. The integrated structure provides excellent resilience and support, effectively distributing body pressure and preventing sagging even after prolonged use.
