I. Structural Tubing: Multi-specification precision tubing, building a strong load-bearing core

The main structural tubing of the equipment uses 50×100×2.5T rectangular tubes, with connecting tubes using 50×80×2.5T and 40×50×3T rectangular tubes. The multi-specification tubing is combined through precise cutting and welding processes, not only providing the main structure with strong load-bearing capacity and stability, but also adapting to the design requirements of different strength training modules, fully meeting the high-frequency, heavy-duty use scenarios of commercial gyms.

II. Electrostatic Spraying Process: Multi-layer protection, long-lasting corrosion resistance

The metal components of the equipment are treated with an electrostatic spraying process. The tubes, counterweights, cams, and other metal parts undergo meticulous rust removal pretreatment, followed by electrostatic spraying to form a uniform protective layer, and finally a second spraying to enhance the protective effect. This process results in a smooth and flawless surface, effectively resisting the complex environment of moisture and sweat corrosion in the gym, significantly improving the equipment's corrosion resistance and service life.


III. Weight Plates: Precise weight design, suitable for refined training

The weight plates are made of high-quality cold-drawn steel, with a 7.5 kg incremental design, and are equipped with two 2.5 kg fine-tuning weight plates, allowing for precise adjustment of training weight to meet the weight requirements and progressive training pace of different users; the weight plates have a flat and flawless surface, and the weight calibration is accurate, ensuring training stability.

 

IV. Pulleys and Guide Rods: Nylon Pulleys + Solid Guide Rods for More Precise and Durable Transmission

 

- Pulleys: Made of nylon material, the wear-resistant properties and low friction coefficient ensure smooth and uninterrupted pulley operation, effectively reducing transmission wear and extending the service life of the components;


- Guide Rods: Equipped with solid guide rods, which have stronger structural rigidity compared to hollow guide rods. When used with nylon pulleys, they further ensure the accuracy of the movement trajectory, adapting to the transmission needs of heavy-weight training.

 


V. Steel Cable: 5mm Soft Nylon Material, Excellent Fatigue Resistance

The steel cable is made of 5mm soft nylon material, and professional testing shows it can withstand 1 million fatigue cycles. In high-frequency load transmission and stretching scenarios, it is not prone to breakage, deformation, or aging. It possesses both tensile strength and toughness, perfectly suited for the high-intensity use requirements of commercial gyms.

 


VI. Fasteners: Stainless Steel Screws, Corrosion Protection in Details

All assembly screws are made of #201 stainless steel, addressing corrosion issues from the detailed components of the equipment assembly. This effectively resists moisture and sweat corrosion in the gym, preventing difficulties in disassembly or structural loosening caused by rusting screws, and improving the overall durability and safety of the equipment.

 


VII. Foot Pads: Made of Rubber Material, Combining Protection and Practicality

The foot pads are made of rubber material, possessing excellent anti-slip and shock absorption properties. They can cushion the impact force during equipment use, prevent equipment displacement, and avoid scratching the floor paint when the equipment comes into contact with the ground, providing double protection for both the gym floor and the equipment itself.

 

VIII. Training Handles: TPV Rubber Material, Excellent Grip Experience

The operating handles are made of TPV rubber material. The softness and elasticity of the material conform to ergonomic design, providing a comfortable grip. IX. Seat Cushion: High-Resilience Recycled Cotton Filling, Balancing Support and Comfort


The seat cushion is filled with high-resilience recycled cotton, offering excellent elasticity and support, effectively distributing body pressure and preventing sagging even after prolonged use.
