HQ6600 Series Strength Training Equipment Core Components

- Auxiliary tube: Paired with 40×80x2.5T flat oval tubing, ensuring structural stability while the combination of uniquely shaped tubing makes the equipment's design more aesthetically pleasing and suitable for high-end fitness spaces, accommodating the  requirements of different specialized training.

II. Moving Arm Structure: Thickened Round Tube Design Ensures Precise Trajectory

The moving parts of the equipment use thickened 60mm x 2.5T round tubes, reinforcing the structural rigidity and stability of the moving arm. This effectively prevents component deformation during heavy weight training, precisely ensuring the consistency of the training movement trajectory, and improving training safety and professionalism.

III. Surface Treatment: Multi-layer Coating Protection for Corrosion Resistance and Durability

The metal components of the equipment undergo rust removal pretreatment + electrostatic spraying + secondary spraying. The protective layer is uniform and has strong adhesion, effectively resisting moisture, sweat corrosion, and scratches during daily use in the gym, keeping the equipment surface smooth , cleaning,   extending its service life.

Weight Stack Housing:  Features a fully enclosed plastic shell mold design, offering excellent sealing and protection, effectively preventing dust entry and component collisions; the housing is equipped with a PC smoke-gray protective panel, which is impact-resistant and aging-resistant. 1. Pulleys and Guide Rods: The pulleys are made of high wear-resistant material, paired with stainless steel guide rods (finely processed through grinding and polishing). 2. Transmission System: Uses a 6mm steel wire rope + belt combination for transmission.
